From Concept to Visualisation

We work closely with our clients from the very beginning. To ensure a smooth process, we typically require the following information:

  • Architectural drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF), including floor plans, sections, elevations, and site plans. Based on this information, we will provide a customised quotation.
  • Camera positions and framing – Sketches highlighting the key viewpoints.
  • Number of required visualisations
  • Material specifications – for both interior and exterior areas.

Based on this information, we create a customised quotation.

  • Creation of the 3D model.
  • Delivery as a grayscale rendering with various camera proposals.

For a project with two exterior and three interior visualisations, this phase takes approximately 4–5 working days.
